Our verification team cross-checks all submitted information through multiple channels. We contact the clinic directly, verify medical licenses with regulatory bodies, and in some cases conduct in-person visits to confirm practice locations.

After thorough verification, our data specialists enter the doctor's information into our secure database system. Each entry is tagged with verification metadata including source documents and verification dates for complete transparency.
🛠 Step 4: Admin Approval
Our medical review board examines each entry for accuracy and completeness before approval. This includes checking specialist qualifications, contact details, and practice information against our strict quality standards.
🌐 Step 5: Information Goes Live
Once approved, the doctor's profile is published on our platform with a verification badge. Doctors receive notification and can claim their profile to update information or add additional details for patients.
